CTB Networks was founded in 2009 by telecom veterans Vern Fotheringham and Shigeaki (Shey) Hakusui. The CTB management team has been engaged with the global wireless telecommunications industry for two decades, and has substantial expertise in spectrum acquisition, wireless technology and wireless market launches.
